These sessions go from 7:30pm to 9:30pm on Wednesdays and have three components as follows:
The first 30 minutes is dedicated to silent meditation time.
The next 30 minutes is a spiritually focused talk given by Shivaraj Ishaya
followed by a 60 minute period of questions and or open discussion.
You are welcome to practice your own technique during the meditation time or if you are a beginner some guidance will be given.
Shivaraj is an Ishaya Monk and has been teaching meditation and helping others for over 20 years. He is the founder of ‘Zen Ascension’ an “Uncluttered” philosophy and training approach for spiritual growth. The topics of these classes will revolve around these teachings. Connie has been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and now enjoy teaching a Gentle Yoga Class. These classes are focused toward breathing for relaxation and relieving stress in the body and in the mind. All physical moves can be modified so that every person at every fitness and flexibility level can enjoy the class.
Please bring a yoga mat.

Practising CHAKRADANCE can help tune and balance your whole
Body/mind/spirit system using spontaneous dance, guided imagery and
music that resonates deeply with each in turn of the seven major chakras.
I am running a Chakradance series for a small group who are ready for
deep inner transformational work. Every Thursday beginning September 25th at 7:30pm we will explore a different chakra using free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of each chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art.
Dive in and explore your inner world, release blocked energy and rediscover your true, authentic self.
Ways of working with each chakra will also be explored so that you can
continue on with your journey throughout the time in between classes.
Be prepared for some energetic shifts and some moments of pure
freedom! This group will be limited in size, so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to dance in.
