Connie has  been teaching fitness classes for over 20 years and now enjoy teaching a Gentle Yoga Class. These classes are focused toward breathing for relaxation and relieving stress in the body and in the mind.  All  physical moves can be modified so that every person at every fitness and flexibility level can enjoy the class.

Please bring a yoga mat.

PS Evening classes can park at O.K. Tire across the street and morning classes can park in the Shoppers Drug Mart parking lot …
