CHAKRADANCE is a powerful and authentic healing dance practice to
promote that wonderful state of calm vitality known as “well being”.
Practising CHAKRADANCE can help tune and balance your whole
Body/mind/spirit system using spontaneous dance, guided imagery and
music that resonates deeply with each in turn of the seven major chakras.
I am running a Chakradance series for a small group who are ready for
deep inner transformational work. Every Thursday beginning September 25th at 7:30pm we will explore a different chakra using free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of each chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art.
Dive in and explore your inner world, release blocked energy and rediscover your true, authentic self.
Ways of working with each chakra will also be explored so that you can
continue on with your journey throughout the time in between classes.
Be prepared for some energetic shifts and some moments of pure
freedom! This group will be limited in size, so please let me know as soon as possible if you would like to dance in.
